- Maintain and complete documentation for all assigned work orders, daily tool inventories, and special projects using the Corrigo work order system
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, emergency backup systems including monitoring operation, but not limited to hot water heaters; pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment; record readings and adjust where necessary to assure proper operation of equipment.
- Requires the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
- Assemble all tools, supplies and instruments necessary to complete the job, performing work with a minimum amount disruption, conducting immediate clean-up of work area, completing the work order task sheet, returning tools to workshop, and unused supplies to storeroom, reporting any equipment problems, impending supply or material shortages to the Technical Assistant Manager.

- Able to perform any required furniture/equipment moves, additions and changes (MAC).
- Require following local governmental rules and regulations adhering to H&S procedures, to participate and ensure that our services and activities are in compliance with the contract
- Ensure all ad-hoc works and preventive maintenance works are carried out expeditiously and on time
- To conduct daily inspections on essential equipment to ensure that they are always operating in a satisfactory condition.
- Provide Facilities technical support as and when required, including completing daily facilities requests
- Candidate must possess 3+ years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Candidate must possess and maintain a class 3/3A driver’s license
- HVAC experience is required
- Candidate must possess Work at Height (WAH) certifications
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety requirements
- Prior experience in HVAC & regulations for electrical installations
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Must be able to professionally interact with tenants and contractors.
