One of our specialist clinics - Dermatology, is currently looking for a Clinic Executive/Supervisor to be part of the team.
The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:
- Oversee the clinic operations.
- Support and work closely with other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Manpower planning and scheduling.
- Inventory management such as stock-taking and stock replenishment.
- Provide training and guidance to new and junior staff.
- When required, assist in performing front counter duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone call enquires, etc.
- Advise patients on insurance related matters and financial counselling.
- Analyze data of the clinic for preparation of reports.
Requirements
- Has 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in similar capacity, in healthcare industry (Experience working in SOC clinic is a bonus).
- Good understanding of various healthcare schemes in Singapore.
- Familiar with the different processes and submissions of any information, documents via the government, or any other regulatory portal.
- Tech-savvy.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, a good team player and has good time management skills.
- Willing to learn and ability to adapt are key attributes for this role.
- 5.5 days work week.
