  • Customer service oriented
  • Proven experience as Head of Operations or equivalent position in a fast moving company
  • Possesses strong knowledge of beauty industry 's legal rules and guidelines
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (beauty lifestyle especially salon, logistics, supply chain, customer service, etc)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics
