Job Responsibilities:

  1. Defining and delivering solutions driven sales strategies in line with the business goals for your SBU. You build it. You deliver it. You own it.
  2. Support the formation of a Go-to-market strategy for new, as well as existing products & services.
  3. Work closely with Google Cloud and AWS business, sales & customer engineering leadership teams and drive joint co-consult strategy
  4. Identify industry specific technical solutions & accelerate their adoption across businesses.
  5. Generate revenue pipelines and manage existing set of accounts performing upselling and cross selling activities
  6. Work closely with the CEOs, CTOs of Searce’s client base (including top start-ups, corporate & enterprises) and be their strategic advisor for all things ‘Cloud Solutions’ as we help them scale.
  7. Participate at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions providing thought leadership & make meaningful connections with partners, clients, and vendors.
  8. Manage thought leadership and influence on driving broader organizational growth by contributing to strategic plans for Searce’s Global Growth.

Qualification

  1. Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information science/ engineering/ information technology
  2. Or else, did you leverage sales & consulting strategies to help your friend’s business scale up while in High School? For us, the latter is better as it shows you have the required mindset. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner.
  3. At-least 3 years experience in direct sales. Handling quota of $15M+ annually
  4. Critical thinking, decisiveness and ability to work well in demanding & ambiguous client environments.
  5. Love for constantly doing better, in everything.
  6. Ability to work in a young, fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience in start-up/scaling a growth stage organization would be valuable.
  8. At least 6+ years consulting/selling/closing deals in the professional services space across below areas will be preferred:

i) Tech Consulting and Application Development services,

ii) Cloud & Data migration and modernization,

iii) Public Cloud managed services.

iv) Applied AI & Data Analytics based services
