In this role you will support brands on their go-to-market strategy and commercial plans for the retailer(s). You will develop and deliver the key account commercial plan, joint business plans (JBP) and negotiations with retailers in achieving affiliate and brands strategies. You will drive brand business share and ranking with the retailer(s) and develop close partnership with Brand Managers and internal teams to achieve P&L goals.

- Build and develop long-lasting relationships with E-Commerce partners of the affiliate, including negotiating commercial terms with e-commerce partners in relationship with Brands and building a portfolio approach
- Gain a deep understanding of each key accounts business, goals, challenges, consumer base and key metrics/levers inc. knowledge of platform algorithm to advise brands on how to win with the account
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with both account and objectives to drive long-term success
- Manage execution and governance of e-KAM contracts within the mandate provided
- Owns the key account P&L, from gross sales to NOP, achieve monthly sell-through and sell-in targets in cooperation with Brands
- Support brands on the definition of their strategy and commercial plan for the retailer / platform, providing recommendation on how to win with the account (e.g.: product and asset needs, campaigns, media spend,)
- Build the e-retailer marketing calendar plans across brands for each e-account in close cooperation with the brands and commercial KAM teams
- Execute different brand commercial plan with the e-retailer, delivering exceptional service and support
- Manage agency for execution of store management and campaign set up
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g.: supply chain, brands, agency,) to execute plans
- Forecast future sales and inventory demand in channel. Proactively report strategic and tactical changes to the DP team, and is responsible to quantify demand for the high traffic shopping moments
- Leverage growth marketing expertise to optimize sales and productivity (data analysis, retail media optimization, CRM levers)
- Drive and develop position/share/ranking with the e-retailer, leveraging scale across brands where it makes sense.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and revenue from key accounts through cross-selling, up-selling, and new business initiatives, in collaboration with the brands
- 6-12 years of experience in Business/ eCommerce/ Online Marketing with prior experience leading a team
- Proven track record in driving e-platform account sales and traffic
- Prior experience managing retailers/agencies, an advantage
- Skilled at managing stakeholders at different levels of seniority to accomplish business goals while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
- Strong analytical skills, fast-learning, and flexible to deal with ambiguity
- Detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization
