Key Responsibilities
- Proactively exchange and dissemination of scientific, educational, and research related information including scientific data, study protocols, meeting abstracts, and professional literature, etc. with KOL via various high-quality KOL engagements activities
- As medical team's ambassador in field, provide insight, expertise and problem solution proposal. Internal and external scientific support, training and education.
- KOL identification / profiling / segmentation and strategy and engagement planning in alignment with medical strategy as stipulated in the integrated brand plan.
- Collect and synthesize KOL insights and contribute to Medical/Brand strategy.
- Proactively involve in pre/post launch data generation activities. Discuss, communicate and support KOLs on data generation activities.
- Develop Medical and KOL engagement plan including but not limit of execution of Ad board meeting, scientific meeting or medical related activities.
- Support business related medical activities in field.
- Preparing reports and tracking activities. Submit timely reports of field interactions and events, as well as tracks activities against agreed upon objectives and plans.
- Regular field visit with or without sales team for dissemination of scientific information to KOL
- Archive KPI based on brand strategy
- Any assignment/ project as advised by line manager
Recommended Education and Key Competency
- Degree or higher in clinical medicine or pharmacology or medicine relevant
- MSL or experienced sales background in pharmaceutical companies
- Strong knowledge or past experience in anti-infective and/or Nephrology is preferred
- Work Agile and independently
- Understanding of clinical trial design and rationale
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build productive work-relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrated business insights and strategic mindset
- Fluent English in literature reading
- Good computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc
- Ability to travel
