Reporting into the Finance Director, the Head of Finance will have oversight of budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance, while actively improving processes and controls.
- Oversee the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across the Southeast Asia region
- Prepare comprehensive commentaries and presentations on monthly performance, providing valuable insights to senior management for a better understanding of the numbers.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting in line with statutory requirements and internal timelines.
- Lead the budgeting and planning exercise, including the collation, consolidation, and review of the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
- Regularly review and analyze actual financial performance versus plan, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring effective collection strategies and timely management of payables.
The successful candidate will be professionally qualified (CPA, ACCA), with a bachelor's degree from a reputable University. You will possess at least 10 years' relevant experiences in a leadership role, ideally from a retail or FMCG industry. You will be described as an analytical, organized and collaborative individual with strong business acumen,
