  • Developing and executing a comprehensive plan for re-architecting the legacy product, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Leading the design and implementing a modern architecture that meets current and future needs.
  • Evaluating and integrating new technologies and framework to enhance product capabilities.
  • Working closely with product management, design and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between engineering team and other departments.
  • Establishing and enforcing best practices for code quality, testing and deployment.
  • Monitoring and optimizing system performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
  • Building and developing a high-performing engineering team that embraces a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and challenges throughout project life cycle.
  • Managing project timelines, resources and budget to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Job Requirements

Job Requirements will be

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in re-architecting legacy systems and leading complex technical projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in modern software development practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
