Roles and Responsibilities
- Support strategy planning by developing, visualizing and executing CPANSO initiatives spanning across Sustainability, Port Groups, Vessels, and other sectors.
- Monitor the evolving business environment and make re-strategization proposal when necessary.
- Manage stakeholders through good collaboration with various internal functions and cultivation strong relationships with external parties
- Coordinate projects with facilitating project management, tracking of project progress and maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders and partners to ensure effective collaboration and project success
- Provide reports and updates which include but are not limited to consolidation of findings, re-strategization proposals and draft briefs for senior management
- Work closely with internal teams and organizations to ensure strategic alignment and functional support throughout so as to solve problems duly; share best practices and foster a collaborative culture across offices and departments for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferable in shipping, logistics, consulting or international business
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen with the ability to drive synergy creation and long term value for the organization
- Track record in managing cross-functional projects in dynamic environment
- Pro-active with strong problem solving mindset and highly adaptable to navigate challenges and re-calibrate for win-win outcomes
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration experience
- Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage to manage Chinese stakeholders
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
