Reports To: Senior Business Development Manager
Job Description:
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales revenue, gross profit margin, and account receivable targets.
- Market Analysis: Evaluate customer research, demand, satisfaction, market conditions, competitor data, and pricing strategies. Implement effective sales and marketing plans.
- Value Proposition: Establish and communicate the unique value proposition of the company’s products and services.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships and networks with top-tier customers and suppliers.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers to establish long-term commitments and partnerships.
- Forecasting: Participate in the annual sales budgeting and forecasting process.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or a related industry. Candidates with 4-5 years of experience may be considered for a senior position.
- Industry Knowledge: Good knowledge of the EMS electronic market and competitors is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of IPC-6012, IPC-600, and IPC-610 standards is a plus.
