- Driving business with profitable growth, and gain market share through defining and driving Segment sales strategy across hotspots

- Support Global/Regional Segment Marketing and marketing communication teams on relevant business case development, fact pack development, heat maps and targeted marketing campaigns
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions (USP) and differentiators
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Business or equivalent, with proven experience in sales and business development skills in the engineering/industrial sectors
- Understanding of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry
- 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing and/or product management
- Solid business experience in strategy, planning and leadership
- Strong business acumen with solid negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to translate customers' needs into compelling product and/or service propositions
- Effective communication and networking skills - both internal (across all relevant functions) and external (customers)
- Self-motivated, service-oriented individual having a customer centric mindset.
