  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for coordinating site works in building construction and improvement works which covers:

  • Monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
  • Review tender/construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
  • Perform site inspection to ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
  • Supervise site works to ensure that quality works are accomplished within a timeline
  • Monitor and compliance to WSHA, safe work procedure and maintain in a quality standard
  • Work proactively and positively with Subcontractors for ensuring good work quality are produced on time
  • Capable to lead and delegate works to a team of workers effectively
  • Attend interviews, presentation and meetings
  • Provide support in any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in construction industry
  • Experience in HDB Projects will have added advantage
  • Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Work in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Fresh graduate with related field are welcome to apply
