This includes conducting research, tracking of overseas hybrid and foreign interference case studies, developing and executing plans to enhance the public's resilience against foreign interference, monitoring and sense-making of hybrid threats, developing operational plans and conducting exercises to ensure a high level of operational readiness with other Government agencies. The job holder will lead a team of officers working on the foreign interference communications campaign, collaborating closely with government partners, working in tandem with an appointed creative agency and strategic communications consultant. The job holder will undertake project management responsibilities for the foreign interference communications campaign by overseeing tasks undertaken by the creative agency and strategic communications consultant, including activities such as pre-campaign message testing, audience analysis, content development, platform/channel analysis, media buying, message testing during campaign and post-campaign message testing. Job Requirements: - Good grasp of the functions of the various Home Team Departments and heightened awareness of security issues. Good understanding of public communications and/or relevant experience in this domain, including how to plan, develop, coordinate and execute a communications campaign at the national level. - Good communication and interpersonal skills as a substantial part of the work lies in being able to engage, network and work collaboratively with other agencies. Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for various audiences. - Good writing skills with the ability to holistically integrate strategic thinking with operational realities and constraints. - Resourceful, independent learner, thinker and driver. Takes initiative and works well with others. - Keen appreciation of geo-strategic issues in the region and globally, and its potential impact on Singapore's sovereignty and security, including on hybrid threat situations.What we are looking for:Note: This is a 12-month contract position with a possibility to extend for an additional year.
