By partnering closely with business leaders and key stakeholders, we drive initiatives that foster a high-performing culture and build the next generation of leaders.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement talent strategies, solutions, and frameworks to strengthen the organisation's talent pipeline and enhance business resilience
  • Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders across the region to drive core talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, key position management, and leadership development
  • Manage and execute strategic talent programs that align with business priorities and create long-term value
  • Conduct research and analyse talent data to generate insights, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and drive evidence-based decisions
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and ensure consistent implementation of talent programs across multiple countries
  • Influence and guide stakeholders in navigating complex talent challenges and delivering best-in-class programs
  • Monitor and analyse talent health metrics to proactively address risks and identify opportunities for talent development
  • Support senior leaders in succession planning, identifying and grooming high-potential employees for leadership roles to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Drive and manage special HR projects as assigned, contributing to key organisational initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
  • Min 5 years of relevant HR or management consulting experience, with a specialisation in one of the domain practices - Key Talent Strategies, Talent Development, Performance & Rewards, HR Business Partnering
  • Relevant experience in a regional role or project management role is a strong plus
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive problem-solver with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and a commitment to delivering results
  • Team player with a positive mindset, adaptable to evolving business needs
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and working with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Analytical with strong project management and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude, fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organisational skills to meet strict deadlines
