Responsibilities1. Gather, collate and analyse requirements from business users and provide clear functional specifications for enhancements to ALM Risk Systems.
2. Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes.

Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or any other related quantitative discipline with about 5 to 8 years’ relevant experience in business analysis area
2. Experience in ALM Risk, including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk, specifically LCR, NSFR, MCO, IRRBB is desirable.
3. Able to design and specify small to medium size applications in terms of its tables/configuration, compute processes and their interactions and connections.
4. Prior experience in implementing or managing an ALM Risk System would be an advantage
5. Prior business analysis experience of liaising between IT Teams and end users, and translating / documenting business requirements into documents that can be used by IT Teams for development of systems solutions
6. Knowledge of machine learning and AI usage would be useful
7. Strong inter-personal, communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Proficient in SQL and Excel-en
