The internship is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced investment bankers in a stimulating environment on various valuation and transaction assignments for clients in various industries.You will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job training throughout your internship, with similar levels of exposure as a first-year analyst. You will work closely with and receive direct feedback and mentorship from senior professionals. As part of lean project teams, you will assist in providing valuations of illiquid debt and equity securities to credit funds, hedge funds, private equity firms, financial institutions, corporations, other investment managers and investors. You will also assist in updating financial models, drafting client deliverables, conducting market research, and presenting analyses and conclusions to the internal team.Successful completion of the internship can potentially lead to an immediate full-time analyst position. Upon conversion to a first-year analyst, time spent during the internship will be considered for both promotion and incentive compensation.Qualifications / Requirements
  • You must either be in your final year of study and graduating in calendar year 2025 or first half of 2026, or a recent graduate
  • Strong academic track record with coursework in accounting and finance, and must be studying for, or achieved, a degree in accounting, economics, and / or finance-related major
  • Have a fundamental understanding of financial valuation theory, methodologies and applications
  • Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential and fluency in Japanese language is desirable
  • Previous internship experience within Big Four valuation advisory services, investment banking, and / or related fields, is essential
  • International experience is also desirable, but not essential
  • You must be motivated and have the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing, demanding, but ultimately rewarding environment
  • Singapore citizen or permanent resident or working permit in Singapore is required
