- Lead in terms of technology, and conceptualize, propose design and architectural evolution, along with operational model.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality fully tested source code complying with deadlines, schedule, and coding standards.
- Liaise with business analysts for clarification and understanding of requirements.

- Good knowledge and experience with the latest and advanced Java technology features, as well as SpringBoot framework.
- Well-experienced in RESTful APIs design and development with Swagger and OpenAPI standard.
- Good knowledge and experience in AWS Cloud Fundamentals (Microservice architecture, Docker and Kubernetes, S3 storage, Redshift etc.).
- Experienced with frontend development with JSPs.
- Good knowledge and experience in SQL or similar.
- Experienced with Maven, Git, Gitlab, Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, with good fundamentals in complexity analysis.
- Excellent ability to analyze code e.g., understand execution flow and debug even without access to a debugger.
- Should have analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset in security, and proven ability to work individually under pressure.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
