Your Team

The Senior Analyst, People Business Partner, APAC role will support the APAC People Business Partner team and report to the Senior Manager, People Business Partner, APAC. This role will partner with APAC business stakeholders for on all areas of the employee life cycle, including providing support on the end-to-end operational areas within HR.

Your Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the APAC People Business Partner team:
    • Build strong business relationships and collaborates with stakeholders to proactively identify talent gaps and propose solutions
    • Assist in facilitating core HR initiatives, including Talent Assessments and Calibration, Salary Review, 360 Reviews, Target Setting and Engagement Action Planning
    • Assist in building communication plans to support change management of various people initiatives
    • Partner with APAC Finance teams and People Compensation to build and maintain headcount budget for assigned client groups
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and performance metrics
  • Responsible for monthly headcount forecast for assigned client groups
  • In collaboration with Talent Acquisition, responsible for end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Execute all people-related changes in Workday for assigned client groups
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support required for the APAC workforce
  • Assist in managing staff benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, etc.
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Maintain regular HR reporting dashboards and ad-hoc reporting needs for assigned client groups
  • Facilitate employee moves and (where applicable) relocation processes
  • Provide guidance on local employment and labor law where applicable
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding process for open positions within assigned client groups
  • Manage employee relations for assigned client groups
  • Workplace management for the APAC office
  • Plan and manage company-wide events to boost engagement levels within APAC
  • Support in ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field
  • 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Knowledge of human resources fundamentals, including employee relations issues, performance management policies, talent acquisition, as well as basic employment, labor laws, and basic people budgeting acumen
  • Ability to handle confidential information with maturity
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals
