- Strong foundation in analytical chemistry and toxicology principles
- Proficient in risk assessment methodologies
- Proficient in scientific writing and technical documentation
- Competent in data analysis, interpretation and reporting
- Experience with laboratory analytical techniques
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tackle emerging and challenging issues of public health interest
- Detail-oriented, resourceful and versatile, fast learner and keen interest in acquiring new technical knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and work independently and in teams
