- Provide full leadership and accountability for customer relationships, including oversight of personnel and financial resources to ensure budget compliance and profitability (P&L ownership).
- Oversee strategic operations to ensure all maintenance, operations, client relations, and vendor management standards are met efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively within a banking environment.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and service subcontractors to implement new initiatives and projects.
- Manage daily onsite operations of technical staff, ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations, KPIs, and service level agreements.
- Drive the adoption of industry best practices, and ensure adherence to account-specific processes and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high service quality and performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all client operational guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain and manage client relationships locally, ensuring the Stakeholder Matrix is current and relationship frameworks are in place.
- Participate in client meetings and provide proactive insights on cost optimization, service enhancements, and innovative solutions.
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues appropriately in line with the established escalation protocol.
- Ensure all facility operations comply with the client's QHSE policies and standards.
- Foster employee engagement and collaborate with the People & Culture team to handle all HR-related matters onsite.Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in a Client Account Management role, preferably within the banking sector, with strong market insights and a track record of delivering effective facility service solutions.
