Key Responsbilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies to expand brand presence and revenue streams.

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Take ownership of all B2B sales initiatives, driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
  • Identify and establish key partnerships and new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s market position.
  • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Expand the company’s presence in existing markets while exploring new market verticals.

Global Distributorship Expansion

  • Explore and establish global distributorship opportunities for Stryv and Bback, increasing brand footprint.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard international distributors to enhance global reach.
  • Ensure all distribution agreements align with the company’s strategic goals.

Strategic Partnerships with IP Owners

  • Build and nurture relationships with regional IP owners to explore licensing and collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to drive brand value and revenue.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop innovative product offerings based on IP partnerships.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights and recommendations for product, service, and market innovations.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, key partners, clients, and investors.
  • Ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders on strategic priorities.

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead and oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and impact.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or sales, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, global distribution, and strategic partnerships.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for business growth.
