Job Scope:
Collaborate closely with both direct and cross-functional teams to devise, execute, and steer the global supply and inventory strategy for upcoming generations of new programs.
· Implement prescribed measures to meet global metrics targets, encompassing weeks of supply and supply continuity throughout the HVM transition period.
· Engage with internal stakeholders to grasp their requirements and generate purchase orders accordingly.
· Coordinate with Suppliers to ensure the punctual delivery of supplies, promptly escalating any time-sensitive delays.
· Regularly monitor Supplier performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
· Deliver ASE/QBR scorecard metrics, meeting On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Service Level Satisfaction targets for the Category Team.
· Actively track performance against identified KPIs using aligned metrics.
· Interface with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners, and Suppliers to strategize Global Supply and Inventory management.
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed through collaborative efforts.
· Communicate strategic objectives, inventory management plans, initiatives, and targets to stakeholders, suppliers, and global procurement teams.
· Foster and sustain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Work collaboratively with Stakeholders to implement Strategic Solutions.
· Cultivate and enhance expertise in global supply and inventory management by engaging with stakeholders, suppliers, and staying informed about industry trends.
· Identify process gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
· Champion a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and represent Procurement effectively.
· Explore opportunities to automate routine tasks and enhance productivity using RPA, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
