Position Summary
AlphaVI Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent, efficient and detail-oriented Wellness & Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our team and visitors. This role is vital to ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, promoting workplace well-being, and upholding the company’s professional image. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and possess a proactive approach to cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- General Office Cleaning Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all office areas (workstations, meeting rooms, corridors, and common spaces).
Clean and sanitise windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to maintain a polished appearance.
- Equipment and Facility Hygiene Disinfect health equipment and office equipment (e.g., printers, phones, kitchen appliances) and high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches) regularly.
Ensure proper care and cleanliness of office furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Restroom Maintenance Clean and sanitise restrooms multiple times daily, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Restock restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and report low inventory to the supervisor.
- Waste Management Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the office, ensuring proper segregation and disposal.
Replace bin liners and clean bins to prevent odours.
- Hygiene Compliance Follow company and government guidelines for hygiene and sanitation.
Use approved cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ad-Hoc Duties Assist with deep cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning) as scheduled.
Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the Operations Manager promptly.
Support event setup/cleanup and other facility-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in wellness centre & office cleaning preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided for cleaning the different Health Equipment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (standing, bending, lifting heavy weights etc).
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Attributes: Punctual, trustworthy, and respectful of workplace privacy.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
