What The Role Is
You establish and maintain understanding of the Shipping Ecosystem, develop and drive implementation of the shipping engagement strategy in order to strengthen the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN)’s understanding of the ecosystem in the Information Fusion Centre (IFC)’s Area of Interest.

What You Will Be Working On
- Establish and maintain understanding of Shipping Ecosystem
- Develop and drive implementation of the shipping engagement strategy
- Oversee and update communication linkages with shipping community to enable unimpeded flow of information
- Assist in development and implementation of publicity/ outreach efforts to promote IFC’s shipping engagement initiatives
- Assist in establishment and promulgation of Shipping Guidance and Advisory
- Keeping abreast of the global/ regional development and changes of shipping related interests and challenges, affecting shipping ecosystem and behaviour, and thereafter adjusting RSN’s engagement strategy accordingly
- Engaging shipping stakeholders to support IFC’s engagement initiatives and information exchange requirements
- Education in Shipping and Maritime Studies or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in relevant areas
- Engagement and collaboration abilities
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder management expertise
- Critical thinking capabilities
