Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite EUC support, including VIP support for 20–30 senior executives and approximately 1,200 end users.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft SCCM for patch management, software delivery, and configuration management (Level 2).
  • Lead the architecture and design of Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (Level 3).
  • Provide remote support using Bomgar, maintaining secure and efficient remote sessions (Level 2).
  • Administer centralized email signature management via CodeTwo (Level 2).
  • Manage the employee engagement platform WorkVivo, supporting internal communications (Level 2).
  • Support video conferencing solutions using Zoom for (Level 2).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain documentation of systems and procedures and support audit and compliance activities as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently with minimal disruption to users.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4–5 years of experience in EUC support or a similar IT support role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Bomgar, CodeTwo, WorkVivo, and Zoom.
  • Proven ability to handle executive-level support with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
