Senior / Manager, Global Warehouse

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Enhance Supply Chain Visibility
- Implement real-time tracking systems for shipments and inventory levels.
- Introduce advanced tracking technologies to improve data accuracy.
- Reduce average lead times for order fulfillment.
2. Streamline Inventory Management
- Optimize order processing time through automation and process improvements.
- Improve space utilization with effective layout and storage solutions.
- Achieve 99% order accuracy through enhanced picking and packing practices.
3. Improve Transportation Efficiency
- Reduce transportation costs via route optimization and carrier performance tracking.
- Ensure on-time delivery performance of 95% or higher.
- Promote sustainable transport solutions to minimize carbon emissions.
4. Strengthen Supplier Collaboration
- Implement a supplier performance monitoring and evaluation system.
- Shorten supplier lead times by 15% through improved engagement and communication.
- Achieve 90% supplier satisfaction through regular feedback mechanisms.
5. Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Deploy tools and platforms that enable effective interdepartmental communication.
- Organize regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and shared objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years managing overseas distribution centers.
- Ideally 10+ years of experience, with 3–5 years in 3PL or overseas warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated success in leading a team of 3–5 staff or more.
- Proven ability to develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse management systems.
