Job Description:
  • Manage treasury operations activities including
  • Review daily payment file in Treasury Management System and route payments accordingly to enforce compliance per payment policies (as per Authorization Manual)
  • Prepare manual payment instructions
  • Work with internal departments to resolve operational problems that arise related to payment processing activities
  • Provide operational support in all daily treasury operations related activities
  • Manage day-to-day cash position of various companies; ensure sufficient daily liquidity; execute internal FX across companies
  • Liase with banks for bank account opening, closing and account updates documentation
  • Maintain authorised signatory list for the Group's bank accounts
  • Maintain list of dealing personnel for the Group
  • Prepare regular management reports and data analysis
  • Support projects to improve processes in Treasury Operations
  • Assist the Treasury Manager in departmental tasks, general administrative duties and ad hoc projects
Qualifications: * At least Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Accounting / Finance
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with treasury management system (Kyriba) and online banking platforms (Citibank)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethics
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of precision and accuracy
