Executive/Senior Executive, Outreach & Partnerships

As MOHH's brand custodian, the Strategic Communications and Marketing Division oversees all aspects of corporate branding and communications to grow and strengthen MOHH's identity as well as to drive effective reputation management for the company. We also helm national public education campaigns to support and advance MOH's healthcare agenda for Singapore.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships Management
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with relevant organisations, brands, and institutions
- Develop compelling partnership proposals and value propositions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners
- Create innovative collaboration frameworks that enhance our offerings and reach
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage partnership agreements
- Drive cross-promotional opportunities with partners to amplify campaign reach
- Monitor partnership effectiveness and maintain partnership performance metrics
Outreach & Events Management
- Develop comprehensive outreach and engagement strategies aligned with campaign objectives
- Plan and execute comprehensive and innovative outreach and engagement programmes targeting various audience segments
- Plan and budget annual outreach calendar targeting various audience segments
- Drive end-to-end budget management including development of annual budgets, tracking of expenditure, cost optimisation, and compliance with financial guidelines across all outreach activities and partnerships
- Drive end-to-end project management including procurement, vendor relations, logistics coordination, and content development to ensure quality delivery within budget
- Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective vendor management, timely deliverables, proper documentation, and cost-effectiveness throughout project lifecycle
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse performance metrics for all outreach activities
- Prepare post-event reports and recommendations
- Monitor ROI of partnerships and outreach initiatives
- Gather and analyse participant feedback to improve future programmes
- Maintain comprehensive database of contacts and engagement database
- Track and analyse performance metrics including cost-benefit analysis and budget efficiency to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or related field
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, events management, or outreach
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
- Creative mindset with innovative approach to engagement strategies
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in vendor management and budget control
