The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a growth roadmap that aligns with investor vision and unlocks new revenue streams.
- Operational Transformation: Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across all business units.
- Commercial Expansion: Grow the company’s footprint through customer acquisition, service portfolio expansion, and strategic alliances.
- Functional Oversight: Manage engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions with a focus on quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Stewardship: Own full P&L accountability, delivering consistent revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Talent & Culture: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing leadership team while cultivating a culture rooted in innovation, speed, and ownership.
- Regulatory Excellence: Ensure adherence to global standards including ISO 13485, FDA, and EU MDR compliance.
- M&A Strategy: Identify and lead strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth and capability expansion.
- Board & Investor Relations: Serve as the primary liaison to the board, PE investors, and key external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of executive leadership in MedTech, life sciences, CDMO, or contract manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience as CEO, President, or General Manager with a strong record in business scaling and transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of product development, regulatory frameworks, and quality management systems within medical devices.
- Familiarity with high-mix, low-to-mid volume manufacturing operations is a plus.
- Experience operating in a private equity environment and delivering on value-creation plans.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD) highly preferred.
