
Accounts and Admin Assistant (Maternity Cover)
• Perform reconciliation of POS sales data with bank receipts
• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Collect supplier invoices from outlets every week and are processed accurately and efficiently
• Reconciliation of supplier invoices with SOA
• Preparation of payments
• Assist in the preparation of month end closing
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and book keeping
• Part time, Fresh Grads or Interns are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft excel and account software (XERO accounting system will be an advantage)
• Prior experience in food and beverage industry will be advantageous
• Able to work independently and meet deadline
