Our team is growing! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Previous relevant experience with a Maid Agency preferred
  • Must be energetic, driven, reliable, friendly and customer oriented!
  • Have a desire to work for a dynamic, ethical company focused on customer service to meet its goals.
  • Able to self-motivate, and work in a fast paced environment. Willing to do what it takes for the customer.
  • CEI is compulsory / required - we can sponsor you to take the exam
  • Daily tasks will include:
  • Helping Filipino, Indonesian, and sometimes Myanmar helpers.
  • Posting jobs on Facebook, responding to helper and customer social media inquiries.
  • Interview potential helpers and maintain information and biodatas in a database.
  • Reply to customer enquiries through telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook and email.
  • Match customer's requirements with helper's profiles and close the sales.
  • Handle private information in a sensitive manner, and collect and receive documentation required to apply for work permits with MOM.
  • Apply for FDW's work permit on WP Online.
  • Talk to MOM customer service officer as needed.
  • Prepare documents such as Security Bond, Employment Contract, Service Agreement, Rest Day form, Safety Agreement, etc. required for deployment.
  • Make interview arrangements.
  • Make arrangements with MOM for card collection, thumbprints, as needed.
  • Help mediate between the helper and employer when problems arise.
  • Help source transfer helpers.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Handle customers who walk-in , phone or email in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Arrange and conduct interviews with employers and domestic helpers.
  • Achieve sales target and do after-sales follow-up.
  • Handle administrative work.
  • Familiar and comply with M.O.M. rules and regulations.
  • Follow-up on billing and payments from clients.
  • Must be willing to work on Sundays.
