
Operations and Business Executive (MAS Regulated Fintech Company in Singapore)
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing the entire process of onboarding new merchants.
· Assist in gathering comprehensive client details and necessary documents to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new merchants.
· Ensuring that the necessary internal forms are completed and submitted for approval from Compliance and Senior Management.
· Collaborating with the backend team to establish and upkeep the merchant profile on the company's portal.
· Understand Compliance and KYC requirements for onboarding, liaising with the compliance team to complete Merchant Onboarding.
· In charge of overseeing the merchant support team, ensuring that our existing clients receive the best possible merchant support.
· Support the Business Development team as required.
· Responsible for planning terminal deployments and directing the merchant support team.
· Support to drive process enhancement, identify and implement strategic improvements and enhancements to existing systems, policies, and guidelines to improve overall efficiency and enhance merchant support.
· Responsible for overseeing the administrative department and managing day-to-day operations in the office.
· Responsible for the filing of Merchant Documents and Partner Agreements.
· Assist the Legal Department on reviewing Partner Agreements.
· Engage with Finance Team on support for Merchant Settlement.
· Need to engage with the Tech Team regarding any technical issues and provide feedback from the merchants.
Requirements:
· Degree in Business/Economics/Sales & Marketing/Management Studies or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in cross-border payment/remittance industry / FX industry / DPT industry
· Able to work in fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders
· Resourceful and independent with good problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Fluent in English. Additional Asian languages would be advantageous to communicate with clients in the international market
Good understanding of technology solutions, specifically towards financial services industry preferred
