WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build Business:

  • Partner with copywriters to develop compelling visual ideas, and deliver exceptional, high-quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations.

  • Ensure all work stays true to the brand’s essence and our commitment to “Truth Well Told,” maintaining high conceptual and strategic direction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the creative journey, and ensure seamless communication from concept development to final delivery.
  • Stay current on new technologies, cultural trends, and social developments, leveraging them to provide clients with fresh, impactful, and forward-thinking ideas.
  • Support the agency’s business goals by contributing to client pitches and ensuring timely, efficient delivery of creative assets.
  • Stay plugged into emerging social trends, cultural shifts, and internet movements to inform ideas and content strategy—especially on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Art Director role, preferably within an agency or creative studio setting.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases bold, strategic work across platforms—including social content, brand campaigns, and experiential storytelling.
  • Proven ability to concept, design, and direct visual projects for traditional and social-first environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong conceptual skills, with a deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Pulse on social platforms, creator culture, and emerging content formats—with the ability to turn insights into creative action.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
