Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Responsible for the digital strategy definition, strategy execution, agency servicing and business performance of different channels (ie. Agencies and Local Brokers (ALB) and Agencies and Financial Advisors) – Qnect. Enabling various channels (ie. ALBs / intermediaries) to provide valuable service and continuously enhance customer relationship. Responsible for driving adoption and usership of all QBE digital platforms in addition to sales generation. Prepare regular digital communications and tips for distributions to share with partners. Participate in digital roadmap planning and provide partnership specific requirements on all projects. Improve digital experience through gathering feedback from partners/ sales teamThe opportunity
- Responsible for the digital strategy definition, strategy execution, agency servicing and business performance of different channels (ie. Agencies and Local Brokers (ALB) and Agencies and Financial Advisors)
- Enabling various channels (ie. ALBs / intermediaries) to provide valuable service and continuously enhance customer relationship
- Build customer loyalty aligned with our QBE value proposition
- Responsible for driving adoption and usership of all QBE digital platforms in addition to sales generation
- Prepare regular digital communications and tips for distributions to share with partners
- Drive Digital Adoption for QBE’s digital tools by promoting QBE’s digital enablement
- Provide onsite training and handling of all digital queries at partners’ premises
- Participate in digital roadmap planning and provide partnership specific requirements on all projects
- Market research on latest and market digital trends
- Improve digital experience through gathering feedback from partners/ sales team
- Assist with digital solution design and developments
- To develop proper launch plan with communication and training support
- Facilitate and organise project launch training support
- Support internal digital enquiries and raise enhancements
- Work with IT team on broad system issues and communicate progress to affected parties
