Role SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect to drive the growth of our Salesforce practice. This role involves engaging with clients, shaping strategic solutions, supporting the sales pipeline, and crafting compelling proposals and demonstrations that resonate with client needs.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Pipeline Development
- Partner with sales teams to identify, assess, and qualify new Salesforce opportunities
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients across both business and IT functions
- Understand client pain points and align them with appropriate Salesforce solutions
- Leverage past experience in managing and delivering Salesforce implementations to build credibility and trust
Solutioning & Pre-Sales Strategy
- Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions to develop high-level solution concepts
- Collaborate with technical consultants to architect customized Salesforce solutions
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that effectively address client objectives
Proposal & Presentation Development
- Create compelling and visually engaging solution proposals using PowerPoint
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with well-articulated technical and business content
- Deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Ensure proposals adhere to internal quality standards and client expectations
- Take ownership of mid-sized proposal management when required
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Partner with delivery and marketing teams to develop reusable assets, frameworks, and demo content
- Stay current on Salesforce innovations, new features, and industry best practices
- Participate in account planning and support the broader sales strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture
- Proven track record in supporting sales pipelines and converting opportunities into wins
- In-depth knowledge of core Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with Agentforce and Salesforce demo tools
- Excellent presentation skills, with proficiency in creating and delivering PowerPoint decks to both business and technical audiences
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin, App Builder, or Architect are highly preferred
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Public Sector, or Consumer Goods
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or Hyperforce
- Experience working with AppExchange partners or Salesforce ISVs
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
