Part B:Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure overseas warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by developing processes and monitoring mechanism to ensure service level of the warehouse activities are satisfactory and meeting operation goals.
- Constantly review the overseas warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, shipping, and safety matters.
- Train and manage overseas warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Supervise daily activities of the oversea warehouse, including inventory control, space management, logistics and shipping.
- Schedule and oversee overseas warehouse team to meet the demands and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Ensure oversea warehouse team leads inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.
- Meet regularly with oversea warehouse team leads to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
- Oversee and manage oversea warehouse in house logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal/external facilities.
- Effective Planning, implementing, and managing of shipping and transportation strategy; ensuring secure, accurate, timely delivery and productive shipping and transportation processes for all orders.
- Develop and track internal and service provider KPIs that monitor logistics performance.
- Provide logistics market insights and knowledge to business units.
- Other ad-hoc assignments by direct report.
Part C:Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Etc)
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
- At least 5 years proven work experience at similar capacity in warehouse operations and management, preferably with people management exposure.
- Strong proficiency in warehouse policy and procedure strategy planning.
- Experience in managing 3PL service providers.

- Able to work in fast pace and stressful environment independently.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
