Reporting to the Regional APAC CFO and working closely with the APM Managing Director, the focus of the role is on:Being the priviledged business partner to SEA Partnership Market MD and commercial team to deliver business performance aligned with Strategic roadmapLead Forecasting, planning and analysis of the PM Markets, including Singapore IMCOwn the statutory reporting and secure compliance of the SG10 legal entityThis critical role requires a strong and confident leadership profile who can lead and work autonomously, delivering high quality analytics and strong engagement across the team.The role is based in Singapore and is expected to have a reasonable degree of overseas travel as dictated by business needs.Team of 1 Senior Analyst + 1 AnalystKey Responsibilities and ActivitiesCommercial Finance - APM Business Partner (60%)Lead forecasting, budgeting and planning by country + SG IMC, including reviewing monthly business performance and identifying any R&O to secure target deliveryUnderstand business drivers and provide financial recommendation to stakeholders to support business decisionsPartner with key stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives (investment choices, return on investment)Pricing Strategy and value ChainFinancial Operations and Control (legal entity) (40%)Oversee all aspects of accounting operations for SG10, partnering with GBS to ensure compliance with internal policy and IFRSEnsure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax:annual audit process and compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.Manage cash flow and optimize working capitalReview and approve the final Quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings, ensuring compliance with Singaporean tax regulationsManage corporate tax planning optimizing tax efficiency within legal parameters.Oversee transfer pricing documentation and complianceReview and approve customer credit limits, assessing creditworthiness and mitigating potential bad debt risks.Support internal audits (ad hoc), ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.Manage the bi-annual L262 audit reportingExperience Required & skills10 years progressively increasing leadership in finance/project management preferably in the liquor industry, FMCG essentialCPA/CA and Degree in Commerce/Accounting, MBA advantageousStrategic thinking and total business acumenStrong planning, organization, delegation and decision-making abilities.Ability to work on a diverse range of projects, including multiple concurrent projectsHigh attention to detailStrong Influencing, negotiation and leadership skillsTeam player encouraging collaborationTeam leader able to reconcile both regional and local constraintsProactive, self-starter, with excellent time management skillsSolid analysis and reporting skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project, Excel, PowerPointWorking knowledge of SAP systems (ECC, BW, BPC) advantageousProven experience in working cross-functionaly and in multi cultural environmentReporting relationshipDirect report to the Chief Financial Officer of BU APACKey internal stakeholders: BU APAC leadership team and BU FP&A team, Country commercial managers, Group Finance (IFRS, Tax and Treasury), IT, Internal Audit, Supply chain and Supply Chain finance, GBS APAC.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
