- Proven experience driving continuous improvement and managing cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking ability, with proven success in data-driven decision making and stakeholder management at all levels.
- Expertise in network infrastructure, including cabling systems, fiber optics, diagnostic tools, and network fundamentals. The ideal candidate will leverage this technical knowledge to lead teams and optimize project delivery
- Ability to travel within the designated region. Candidate must maintain valid passport and necessary visas for on-site support across multiple locations.
- Proven track record of minimum 2 years managing large-scale, complex network implementation projects in telecommunications or network deployments.
- Strong knowledge of network hardware, infrastructure, and industry-standard deployment practices.
- Proven project management skills including budgeting, risk management, and resource planning. Strong organizational abilities and willingness to travel required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in project scheduling and stakeholder management.
