- 5- 8 years of total working experience in a b2c industry with a minimum of 1 year experience in management consulting, specialising in of these domain areas: eCommerce, Campaigns and Programs, Costs Optimisation, User Acquisition & Retention, Product Marketing, Promotions, Seller Marketing, Brands, or Seller Management
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills to achieve tangible outcomes in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse markets and backgrounds
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market behavior
- Outstanding project management skills
- A deep understanding of management frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present solutions and results at leadership level
