About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marine HR Executive (Planning) to join a growing Marine HR team. This role is central to supporting crew management and planning operations for a diverse fleet of vessels, ensuring compliance with international regulations and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for Marine HR matters related to assigned vessels
- Plan and manage crew rotations, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with manning offices
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with MLC, STCW, and company policies
- Support training coordination, promotion assessments, and career development planning
- Review crew appraisals and ensure accurate reporting and follow-up actions
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of Marine HR experience, either onboard or ashore
- Strong understanding of crew planning, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments and cultures
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with crew management systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive team player
