Job Description
- Initiate, implement and execute projects related to SPX Express Business Development
- Assist with in-team projects to improve and automate processes by SQL/Python and execute new initiatives that will add value to SPX Express.
- Work closely with internal teams (including but not limited to SPX Ops and Product Management team) to enhance and optimise overall user experience for buyers, sellers and operators
- Serve as an intermediary between users and internal operations team to resolve issues and maintain operational excellence
- Assist in monitoring targets, analyzing industry trends and reviewing key metrics, by justifying via data insights
- Carry out analysis and surveys to better understand users’ requirements and act on improvement opportunities
- Build and manage relationship with users and external stakeholders to achieve overall business objectives
- Maintain and updating of information and settings within system
- Degree holder preferably with business background
- 1 - 3 years in business development, account management, sales or related field within the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
- Proficient in SQL or Python
- Highly motivated, handson, fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
- Meticulous and high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
