Responsibilities
Leadership
- Leads the prospecting, nurturing, and closing process in the Admissions team.
- Supervises, develops, and provides guidance to Business Development Managers, Admissions Executives, and Customer Relations Officers/Parent Liaison Officers.
Financial
- Manages operations to achieve performance metrics for the Admissions team in the campus.
Functional
- Works closely with the Admissions Head to understand monthly targets, tracks team performance, and ensures target achievement.
- Collaborates with the Marketing and Academics teams to develop strategies to increase enrolment numbers.
- Develops parent engagement strategies to quickly and effectively build relationships with prospective parents.
- Assists in planning and organizing campus programmes and activities such as Open House, parent-teacher events, and orientation sessions.
- Understands the key concerns and drivers of prospective parents, aligning the school's offerings to meet their needs.
- Monitors offline and online channels for leads and follows up with prospective parents (e.g., one-to-one counselling, prompt email/web responses, and telephone conversations).
- Reviews the effectiveness of various channels and shares feedback with the Admissions Head.
- Acts as the first point of contact, guiding new parents through the Admissions process (e.g., documents, scholarships, admission fees), onboarding them to the MyGIIS communication tool, and overseeing student onboarding.
- Stays updated on competitor offerings.
Interaction
- Conducts presentations at Admission events such as Open House and addresses parent enquiries.
- Maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to stay informed about industry trends and macroeconomic developments.
People Focus
- Works proactively with Human Resources to enhance the campus admissions team's competencies through talent development and recruitment.
- Assists in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees within the campus admissions team.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
