  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support large-scale system migration projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise and functional knowledge to guide strategic planning, execution, and optimization of migration efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key functional advisor for large-scale system/data migration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements related to migration.
  • Develop and manage functional migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Liaise between technical teams and business units to align deliverables with functional goals.
  • Validate data integrity and accuracy post-migration and support UAT processes.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in functional roles, including at least 4 years in leading migration projects.
  • Proven expertise in system/data migrations across platforms or ERP environments.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to document business and system processes clearly.
  • PMP or similar certifications is a plus.
