Resident Technical Officer (RTO)-Architectural
DESCRIPTION
(a) To check and ensure all architectural works are executed in accordance with the design, specifications and codes of practice.
(b) To check, co-ordinate and integrate all architectural works with civil and structural and mechanical and electrical works and highlight any discrepancies, to the Superintending Officer.
(c) To compile and submit all architectural finishes with complete information and data to the Superintending Officer for approval.
(d) To check and inform the Superintending Officer of any discrepancy between architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical and other drawings with site conditions prior to the commencement of work.
(e) To make periodic inspections of the works performed and to be performed on site so as to ensure that the works are being executed according to the necessary standards, performance, quality and workmanship.
(f) To co-ordinate with the mechanical and electrical site supervision staff for access openings and services openings and the proper running of all pipe works and cables trays or trunkings
(g) To perform administrative tasks such as the documentation of correspondence, inspection forms, test reports and the like.
(h) To perform other duties as and when directed by the Superintending Officer or the Employer.
REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in /Architecture or equivalent qualifications
· Registered RTO (IES) certificate
· Minimum 5 years and above of relevant experience
· Past experience in Singapore will be an advantage
· Familiar with local building requirements and regulations
· Able to work independently
· Good Team player

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
