Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to provide support in the Human Capital Shared Services.
  • Apply Airport Pass Application for GEs and liaise with Line Admin.
    • Local and Non-Local
    • Lost or Renew airport pass
  • Answer staff enquires from MS Form/Walk in/Email/Phone Call.
  • Submit request in MOM WPOL Portal for Lost /Damaged work permit cards.
  • Responsible in updating the Allowances/Deduction action in ECP and obtain approval from respective stakeholder.
  • ID Card Printing (For New Hire and Card Replacement)
  • Assist in Digitalize P-files to the correct SharePoint Folder.
  • Assist on Monthly Schedule for Walk In Interview.
  • Assist in Data Creation for New Hire and any other data entry updates
    (eg wrong date/spelling/missing details).
  • Assist in Data Rectification and Amendments as and when required.
  • Track and maintain all HR data in SucessFactor (OnePeople) and ensure that data entry is updated in a timely manner.
  • Other ad hoc assignment/responsibilities will be assigned as and when required.

Key Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma in any discipline
  • Independent, driven, and resourceful team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Candidates with Power App and Power BI experience will have an added advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
