Are you a meticulous multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At 7 Vision, we are dedicated to transforming corporate health through innovative on-site screening services. As we grow, we’re looking for a committed Operations Admin to support the smooth running of our corporate wellness operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for corporate health screening events
- Prepare and pack screening materials ahead of each event
- Support Pre and Post-screening processes such as report collation, follow-ups and service recovery
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and inventories
- Schedule appointments, liaise with clients and manage bookings
- Ensure smooth client communication and deliver excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of admin or operations support experience (healthcare setting a bonus!)
- Strong customer service skills with a calm and professional demeanour
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
