Are you a meticulous multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At 7 Vision, we are dedicated to transforming corporate health through innovative on-site screening services. As we grow, we’re looking for a committed Operations Admin to support the smooth running of our corporate wellness operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for corporate health screening events
  • Prepare and pack screening materials ahead of each event
  • Support Pre and Post-screening processes such as report collation, follow-ups and service recovery
  • Maintain and update operational records, reports, and inventories
  • Schedule appointments, liaise with clients and manage bookings
  • Ensure smooth client communication and deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of admin or operations support experience (healthcare setting a bonus!)
  • Strong customer service skills with a calm and professional demeanour
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
