Full Time Store Manager
Salary: Full-Time up to $3,000
Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient and smooth operations of store.
Review and suggest improvements on store.
Manage performance and turnout of team.
Supervise and assist in daily operations especially during peak period.
Manage and handle store administrative duties.
Manage store to meet sales target and upselling at store.
Ensure quality and quantity of food item are prepared in accordance to sales projection.
Promote excellent service and quality that wow customers.
Conduct regular inspection on equipment and ensure that they are well maintained and in good working order.
Conduct regular inspection on physical defects, cleanliness, repair and maintenance at store.
Ensure proper handling of daily sales, petty cash, change and float.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by AM
Job Requirements:
At least 3 - 5 years of F&B experience with proven track record of success within fast food or kiosks environment.
Experience in leading, developing and training a team.
Able to work under pressure and meet sales target.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and technology savvy.
Positive working attitude
Able to work shifts and public holidays
Having a basic food hygiene certificate is an added advantage or hygiene training will be provided
Prior experience in F&B is an added advantage
