Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies to support company growth, attract and retain talent, and improve workforce management.
• Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Maintain and manage HR systems, employee records, and ensure confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and liaise with government agencies for HR-related matters, surveys, and funding applications.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, and workplace disputes.
• Provide HR-related reports, including budget forecasts, compensation analysis, and workforce statistics.
• Handle office administration duties, including office supplies, insurance, and company license inclusive Bizsafe Star and ISO certificate. Ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree & above with min 5 years of relevant working experience
