Key Responsibilities:
Assess and confirm system readiness at the T2DC environment prior to migration.
Capture and report system status before migration, including taking clear screenshots and submitting them to the designated platform or team.
Capture and report system status after migration, following the same procedures to ensure consistency.
Collaborate closely with the project team and follow given reporting formats and timelines.
Participate in training sessions conducted by the project team to understand reporting tools and requirements.
Ensure proper documentation of all reports and maintain a structured record of pre- and post-migration data
Requirements:
Basic understanding of IT systems or cloud/data center environments is an advantage.
Proficient in using common tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and screenshot capture tools.
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability in following reporting protocols.
Ability to work independently and deliver tasks on schedule.
Prior experience in administrative support, IT operations, or project coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
Training provided by the project team.
