Job Description:

We are looking for proactive and presentable Event Registrants to support an upcoming event. You will be responsible for verifying attendee credentials, managing entry points, and ensuring smooth and orderly crowd flow. This is a front-facing role that requires professionalism, clear communication, and a welcoming attitude.

Working Dates & Shifts:

7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

7 May


8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:


Check and verify attendee pass or tickets upon entry
Guide attendees to designated areas within the event
Manage queues and ensure orderly entry flow
Assist attendees with lost or invalid passes by directing them to the help desk
Maintain a professional and approachable presence throughout the event


Requirements:


Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to stand for long hours
No prior experience required (training provided)
